We post within one business day of receipt of cleared funds and use Express Post Satchels.
We accept no responsibility for items once they have been posted with Australia Post; however in the unlikely event of a parcel going missing we will do all we can from our end to liaise with Australia Post to help locate the item using the Express Post tracking number.
